You may ask – who is looking out for my best interest? It is my first responsibility to clearly explain the different roles each party 'plays' in a real estate transaction: the Seller's Agent, the Buyer's Agent, Dual Agency and Buyer Customer Representation. This ensures that you will gain confidence in the real estate process and will avoid confusion down the road. Both the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) work to protect you, the consumer. CREA's code requires written disclosure from "all parties to a transaction regarding the role and the nature of the service the REALTOR will be providing to the clients or other parties to the transaction." You need an experienced, respected and knowledgeable real estate sales representative to get the job done.

Licensed as a Realtor since 1991, Jeff has considerable real estate knowledge and experience. Using his knowledge of market conditions and the properties available in your price range, he will "scout" homes that will match your individual needs. He can answer all your questions: not only about the real estate history of a street and neighbourhood, but also about property taxes, schools, places of worship, local services, mortgage options, and of course, the current market conditions.

Buying a home is not a simple business transaction. It takes a team of experts and professionals you can feel comfortable with and trust to achieve your goals and protect your interests.
